By accessing and using Perfect Share ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Perfect Share provides a platform that connects suppliers with merchants, enabling automated product syncing, order management, and business growth tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Perfect Share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
